Invest in growth

Population Growth

Approximately 33,423 people are forecast to arrive from 2011 to 2031 equivalent to approximately 1,671 people per year.

Limited Supply

The area requires approximately 642 new dwellings built every year to support this growth. With council approvals significantly below what is required the area is trending towards under supply. This will apply upward pressure on prices in the short to medium term.

Beaches, lakes, recreation, employment and community all in one place.
